The FitBoard was developed to take work outs on paddle boards to the next level.
The FitBoard allows you to go beyond paddling and using your own bodyweight as resistance for “pushing” exercises. Its reinforced tie-down points allow you to connect 2 different types of resistance bands. The bands then provide the resistance for “pulling” exercises – which allows you to have a much more complete workout.
The FitBoard system is so versatile, you can exercise every muscle in your body. All of your core and balance muscles will be engaged by balancing on the board – and, your larger muscles, such as your chest, quadriceps, deltoids, will be engaged by the resistance band exercises.
The frame of the FitBoard is a 10’6″ flat water board at 32″ wide and 4 1/2″ thick. It is designed to comfortably float up to 260 pounds of weight. Its width was planned to optimize stability when exercising, but to also allow for superior trekking when paddling for longer distances.
The FitBoard can do it all, engage every muscle in your body, and be the perfect all-around board suited for the whole family at the same time.
